Boston City Campus is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2026 / 2027 academic years (applications are open twice each year for Semester A and B).
Bursaries will be awarded for studies at any Boston City Campus in South Africa, in ANY field/ course of study. (Find out about the qualifications offered at Boston City Campus).
The Boston City Campus Bursary Programme was formed in 1991, when the institute opened, with the aim of producing graduates and seeing as many learners as possible through into the workplace. The programme started in Finance, aiming to increase the number of black CA’s in the country.
The bursary will provide cover partial cover for tuition fees only.
The bursary will NOT provide cover for the following expenses: outstanding fees, stationery, external examination fees, accommodation and transport.
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
Students who meet all of the criteria, can apply at the Boston City Campus Support Centre where they are studying or would like to register to study (find the list of campuses here).
The Support Centre where you apply will advise you whether they accept online applications or hard-copy submissions.
Students will be required to submit clear copies of the following documentation (the submission of these documents is compulsory - if any items are missing, your application may not be accepted):
31 May 2026 (for Semester B studies in 2026). 30 November 2026 (for Semester A studies in 2027). (Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted - please apply before the closing date to ensure your application is considered.)
